Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may require additional shipping charges to resend.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 5 days of delivery (or expected delivery) so we can assist with a carrier claim.
